Hemp does not contain enough of the chemicals that are in "pot", to be of use in medicine. What it can be used for is clothes (less pestcides than cotton) and fuel-cheaper to grow our own ethanol that to import fossil fuel oil- 1 acre can produce 300 barrels. It would supply our country with jobs, and the end product would be produced by and for Americans, and paper- how about saving old growth forests and producing our own supply of hemp paper?
